Scout Troop 664 has called the Upper West Side home for more than a century — and now it's inviting a new generation of families to join. With inclusive programs for kids ages 5 to 17, life-saving skills training and adventures from Valley Forge to Watkins Glen, Scouting at Rutgers Church isn't what you remember. It's better.
