Erin Lacativa is the lead teacher in the Ready, Set, Go programfor 3s and 4s, having been on our staff since 2021.  Erin holds abachelor's degree in psychology and is also a certified occupational therapistassistant. Prior to her time at Rutgers, Erin worked with young children in avariety of settings, successfully implementing an emergent curriculum in aclassroom of 15 preschoolers.
