Film Viewing: Two Iranian Films

Join us for two evenings of acclaimed Iranian cinema at Rutgers Church this July. Experience powerful storytelling, rich cultural perspectives, and award-winning films that have captivated audiences around the world.

The series begins on Tuesday, July 7 at 7:00 p.m. with Children of Heaven, the beloved and Academy Award-nominated tale of a brother and sister whose bond is tested by a simple pair of lost shoes. On Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00 p.m., we will screen And Life Goes On, an acclaimed film by renowned director Abbas Kiarostami that explores resilience, hope, and the enduring human spirit in the aftermath of tragedy.
