Coming Soon: In the Sanctuary Events Restart in October 2026

This fall, we're welcoming you back into a renewed Sanctuary with a season built for connection, creativity and community. Two events we're especially excited about: our 2nd Triennial Community Art Show and a special evening honoring the history of AIDS activism at Rutgers on World AIDS Day.

Along the way, expect a wellness workshop to help us move and breathe together, a powerful one-woman play presented in partnership with Friends of Ikamva LaBantu, an intimate conversation with Brooklyn-based artist Bianca Giaever, a timely film screening ahead of Election Day, a fun music cabaret co-produced with music director Jonathan Smith, and a joyful Christmas Sing-A-Long to close out the year.
